Do Not Trust This Dealer – BEWARE I should have trusted my gut the moment Dillon refused to provide a Carfax report and instead made us pay for it. That alone was a red flag. But unfortunately, we went through with the purchase — a huge mistake. Just two days after buying a Toyota RAV 2022, we noticed oil leaking from underneath the car. When I reached out to him immediately, he gave a list of excuses. Turns out, he had patched up the leak with silicone to temporarily hide the issue. That’s pure deception. The leak was coming from the axle boot, and after further inspection, we discovered the car had been in an accident. The front axle was so damaged it had to be completely replaced. On top of that, the brakes failed — completely — and nearly caused an accident. We had to replace those immediately too. I now understand exactly why he never showed the Carfax — he knew the history was sketchy and tried to cover it up. This man acts like he’s selling cars in great condition, but in reality, he’s just covering up problems long enough to make the sale. We’ve had nothing but issues with this vehicle. I wouldn’t with another car ever again. Stay away. Don’t make the same mistake we did.
