I’m coming back to edit my review. I bought a 2019 Volkswagen Passat from them. A week later on the day. My car completely left me stranded. ESC warning light turned on no power when accelerating. I turn the car off and the car refuses to turn back on at 10 o’clock at night. Luckily I was five minutes away from home. I had to call them and let them know what happened. They picked up my car and they have my car now for two days and they don’t tell me what is wrong with the car. for $10,000 the car shouldn’t be having a (ESC) error stability control. I keep you guys posted on when I get my car. Here’s my update. I got my car back. They charged me $280 to fix my car without even telling me they’re going to charge me. The funny thing is after I paid for that not even six days later the car broke down again, the exact same way they have my car again. They have it now since Tuesday evening. It is Friday afternoon now still no updates on what is wrong with my car. I called them numerous times. They refused to answer my phone call if there was a way to give this rating and negative star I would gladly do that.

I do not recommend this dealership. They accepted my deposit, kept changing the story throughout the process, and then refused to return my money. The entire experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. They also appear to offer vehicles that have not been properly inspected before being sold. Be very careful before doing business with them.
