I do not recommend this place at all based on my sister’s experience and a little of mines. They are very unprofessional, doesn’t know English. If you don’t know Spanish, the lady will hang up on you. They say they will call you back and never do. They say they will help you, it’s either a lie or fraud. Y'all be careful with these people. To respond to the reply, you weren’t the one having to call for 2 weeks straight every day and being dealt with getting hung up on or being told we would get a call back from management and never would. So how would you know. Train your employees better on customer service. You also say we should have contacted management when we tried for 2 whole weeks to get in contact with management, my sister even pulled up twice in person and management was never available or was in a “meeting”. But hanks for your response after 2 months, we’ve already got this situated. Good luck.

Place is a joke. Told me truck was a crew cab. And it was a double cab. Told me it was a 5.3 V8 engine it was a 6 cylinder. Also told me truck was super clean nothing wrong. More lies, It was hit so hard in the left front the door doesn't open or shut right. The fender and piller paint job was horrible. I drove 3 hrs to what they told me was the truck I wanted but it wasn't even close to what they said it was. Stay away go somewhere else. Your reply months later is a complete fake business response. Find out for yourself people if you want. Place tried to scam me and told me nothing but lies. I post the facts that happened to me. They just told me what I wanted to hear. Truck was a wrecked junk that they said was perfect. It didn't even have the V8 5.3 like they told me.ot had a v6. Buyers beware is all I can say
