I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I clearly told them I was buying the car and went to the bank to secure the funds. While I was actively in the process of completing the purchase, I received a message saying the vehicle had been sold to someone else. This shows a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and basic respect for a customer’s time. If a car is still for sale, say so. If you’re going to sell it out from under a customer who has already committed and is arranging payment, that should be clearly stated upfront. I wasted time, effort, and bank coordination for nothing. This dealership cannot be trusted to honor agreements or even common courtesy. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business here to think twice.

DON'T LET THEM WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I had 2 appointments with a Matt Milly and he completely blew me off for BOTH appointments. Then gave me some sorry excuse about being short staffed. Never apologized! Never made any effort to right his wrong. Here is the kicker... I was planning on buying 2 vans from this place! Looks like I dodged a bullet and you should too! Don't waste your time with these people. They don't want to make sales and they don't respect people's time. I do not recommend working with such an unprofessional company! Stay away!
