We had a fantastic experience buying our vehicle from Mullinax Ford. We actually flew from Connecticut to purchase the car, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Tonia in sales was outstanding. She handled almost everything over the phone before our trip, making sure all the details were taken care of before we arrived. When we got to the dealership, the Bronco Sport was clean, ready to go, and exactly as described. She was also very patient while we worked through some last-minute insurance details and never made us feel rushed. Manny in finance was just as great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly without any pressure to purchase extra products. He took the time to go over the remaining manufacturer warranty and the additional benefits that came with the Gold Certified program, which gave us even more confidence in our purchase. We purchased a 2023 Gold Certified Ford Bronco Sport with super low miles, and after completing the paperwork, we drove it all the way back to Connecticut without a single issue. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences we've had. The dealership was honest, organized, and easy to work with, and both Tonia and Manny made the process enjoyable. We'd absolutely recommend Mullinax Ford to anyone, even if you're traveling from out of state.

So I have my dream vehicle all because of Garrett Yeager!! I spoke with him about a want for a truck and not a need for a vehicle and explained to him that if it didn’t make sense for me to purchase the vehicle I wouldn’t. He totally understood and NEVER made me feel like I should purchase the truck. After crunching numbers and a lot of discussions with my wife we decided to purchase my DREAM TRUCK! Garrett was prompt with answering any and ALL questions I had during the process. I did not make his job easy at all and he never wavered in his customer service. I bought the vehicle sight unseen (only thru personal pictures from Garrett and dealership website). Once we had an executed contract they had no one able to deliver the truck to my address as I live 2 plus hours away! It was after 3pm on a Thursday and Garrett said I’m going to grab the keys and drive to you with no hesitation. Speaks VOLUMES about the young man as the reason I couldn’t make the trek was I have a newborn at home. Garrett informed me he was planning a wedding once we were on our test drive in Palm beach county. So in other words this man made a drive over 5 plus hours in total time here and back with a fiancé at home. That’s next level care! I can’t express my gratitude towards him and all he did for me, my wife, and our family! He went BEYOND the call of duty and did it whole heartedly and because he never pressured me, answered all my questions, drove to me, and did everything promptly and effectively I will continue to use him with future purchases.

Our experience with Mullinax Ford of Kissimmee was outstanding. We worked with Garrett Yeager and he helped us with finding 2 vehicles during our visit. The team was very knowledgeable and honest when dealing with our trade. It was hands down the best experience we have had at a dealership. Garrett was there every step even staying after closing to make sure we had everything taken care of before we left. Highly recommend!

Ok, two part story, and its gonna be long... new car buyers please read!!!!! Another edit! 26 May 2026 I got a call this morning from George Deane I believe he is the GM of this location. Anyway, he thanked me for my purchase, he wanted me to know if I had any issues with my vehicle or any part of his dealership to let him know. I honestly felt this was a genuine phone call and not just going thru the motions. George was sincere in the things we talked about and his concern for his customers as well as his employees. He had great things to say about Raphael, which you will ready about down below... These are genuinely good people and I appreciate their honesty and the willingness to listen and help their customers. Thank you George!! It really cemented my feelings about your dealership when you called today!!! Today, Monday 25 May I purchased a vehicle from these folks, Raphael helped me today as well as two days ago on Saturday. First off, Raphael was extremely friendly, respectful and showed me exactly what I wanted to see. He didnt try to push me into another vehicle, he didnt try to sell me anything I didnt want... this was a great experience. From the dealership side, the managers I dealt with as well as Manny in finance could not have been nicer, respectful and honest, they didnt try to push or pressure me into anything I wasnt looking to buy... meaning price changes or bait and switch. Ok, so I left here on Saturday and didnt buy because another dealership had offered me more for my trade in than Mullinax.... they made a fair offer, but this other dealer offered more... I went to that dealer this morning to sign the deal.... well, the price of the vehicle had gone up 1600 from what was discussed and what was posted online... we are NOT talking about Mullinax... then there was an issue getting the keys back to my vehicle so I could leave. I left that insane dealership and came back to Mullinax and Raphael.... we got things worked out, they gave me exactly the deal I wanted, paying exactly what I wanted with the terms I wanted... Point being, be aware of these shady dealerships out there, they will take your money and put you in a bad financial situation.. These folks at Mullinax were fair, honest and actually made buying a new vehicle fun!!! I didnt leave there wanting to strangle anyone. Thank you Raphael, thank you Manny and the managers and staff at Mullinax... this truly could not have been easier.... ok it could have, I should have just bought this car Saturday and I wouldn't have had to deal with idiots this morning. Here is my post from Saturday, right after I left but didnt buy anything Stopped in today, first time at this dealership. Rafael helped me, he was knowledgeable, friendly and he wasn't afraid to say he didnt know something specific about the vehicle I was looking at but he did provide me with all the answers I needed.. I felt Rafael was honest and up front about everything. This seems like a very nice dealership and I will be back
