Excellent customer service. Everyone was incredibly helpful when we found ourselves in a difficult situation and couldn’t pick up our vehicle. They graciously delivered our car to us, even though it was farther than they normally travel, and we truly appreciated them going the extra miles for us, literally. They also did an excellent job on the repair work. We are very grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Everyone was very warm and welcoming. Service was spot on and very quick. They washed our car which was a pleasant surprise. I thought that service was gone! A very pleasant experience and I would recommend them to everyone! Felipe was my contact and was as friendly in person as he was on the phone!

My salesperson Kris Broneill really went above and beyond to make my transaction for a 2023 GLS 450 seamless. I was coming from Orlando so it was a hike, but this was the vehicle I wanted and knew I was coming from far so I really appreciated that no games were played over my trade in and on the car itself. In the end, I was treated fairly, paid a great price for a car I am very happy with and their finance department also worked great with my bank to get me an amazing rate with the promo my bank was offering at the time. All around, 5 stars. Kris and this dealership in general seem like an honest place with good people that you can do business with. Thank you gentlemen!

I purchased a Cadillac XT 5 premium luxury from Sunset Cadillac in November. I live very far from this dealership so I decided to get my first oil change in ft Myers. While waiting for the service to be done I was wondering why it was taking so long for the oil change. Finally after a long wait I was told the key for my wheel locks didn’t work. When sunset installed my wheel locks I was given the wrong key. I was very frustrated so I gave the salesman a call that sold me the car. His answer was come to the dealership. I told him I live 70 miles away. Proceeds to tell me don’t worry about it if you break down you have roadside assistance. I said that’s not the point. If I get a flat tire who’s taking off the wheel locks!! He has me talk to the service dept and this man tells me they need to see the car. Are you serious? I live 70 miles away! They made me feel like they didn’t even care. That wasn’t the case when I was purchasing the $60,000 car!! I called Sunset Cadillac to speak to the general manager To tell him how disappointed I was. I Left my name and number with the receptionist to please have him call me. She said he will call me the following day. Still haven’t heard from the general manager. Very disappointed in this dealership. The next time I purchase a new Cadillac it will not be from sunset Cadillac!
