I can not tell you how wonderful & easy the process was. All paperwork was ready when we arrived at the dealership. He went over everything with us throughly. You can not ask for a better salesperson. Everyone was very friendly in the office. Very welcoming. No need to second guess DriveTime and how the process works. I've bought cars for a variety of family over the years. Some hit and miss experiences. I can tell you wholeheartedly, that Alex was the best Salesman I have ever come across in my entire life. Completely genuine, and felt like I was his best friend from the second I talked to him. He got me a next level deal on a Prius, and mentioned that he'd be more than happy to help assist with ANYTHING that came up. Fast, quick, efficient, hilarious and understanding. He was so fantastic that no joke, I almost offered him my daughters hand in marriage. Just a great guy and a shining star.
Go see Damaris!!! She made the whole transaction easy and fast… even gave me multiple options and let me know of maintenance service they offer… Definitely recommend if you need a car come here before anywhere else

I had the best experience here, Kingsley the assistant manager was so nice and informative. I was very stressed out and everyone was just a pleasure to work with. We worked with Alex and he was super patient and very pleasant to work with. This was my first time buying a car through a dealership and they made my experience great.
