I went to Carzone with no hope after being involved in an accident of not my fault, with losing my only way to work. They worked for two days and I got a miracle they were able to put me in a good car that wasn’t going to break me and it runs better than most of my past cars! I was so happy to buy a car from carzone. After atleast 5 people told me don't do it. They told me of the cars they bought from car zone. How these cars turn out to be lemons. And I went against my gut feelings and did it anyway. I regret that decision to the max. I just wanted a good decent vehicle. After a few weeks after purchase my check engine light came on. I was unhappy. Took it back to carzone ....they said it was fixed and there were no check engine light in was I drive it for a while. Then 1 month and half later check engine light back on. And air conditioner and heater making loud noises. I really wish the laws were more on our side to really hold these place responsible for selling cars they know within months will have issues or break down. (I mean even pass the lemon law) People do not have money to throw away. They just looking for reliable vehicles for the price and get duped is so not right. How can you sell cars and know you duping people...how can you sleep at night knowing you cause customers nightmares. I will never trust them and I pray none and my friends and family purchase from them. This day and time in a world where people could careless about how they fraud people is so on a upheaval. I should have listen to the ones who said so not buy from them. Cars nice clean outside but junk underneath. I am disappointed to the max. Responding to Carzone response. Yes....carzone said they fixed the 02 sensor but obviously not. Within a month it was back on. No ,I never had a engine fail or power fail. Please be truthful. And you all never tried to reach out to me. You must have me mistaken with someone else. I've always had to call carzone. My phone is always in my hand and if I miss a call I return calls. But never have you had to try and get a hold of me and failed to do so....again my phone is never far from me. And I answer calls. So why would you say that? Who told you that lie...because its not true. You only worked on my vehicle once and problem not fixed the 02 sensor. Never for power outage. I didnt have the car in full drive mode....that required learning how to use the car gear properly , not a engine fix...or maintenance required. Only once you worked on my car. But you just let me know this car had engine fail with previous owner,certainly not with me. So a new fear just loaded. Now will my car just shut off due to power fail?

With my first two vehicles I had great experiences with them, talked them up bragged about how great they were bragged about how sufficient they were and how everything went very smoothly! Then my man and I bought a car there together, it has been nothing but non-stop hell. We've had to take the vehicle back three times for them to fix the same three issues. When we bought the car we didn't realize that it hadn't passed inspection yet. However, I hadn't had any issues with them in the past so I didn't think it was going to be an issue. Boy! Was I wrong! One month before the temp tag expired. I've repeatedly said something about the fact that it expired on the 16th of the next month. I was repeatedly promised that the vehicle would be fixed pass inspection and have either another temp tag or the permanent tag. It is now the 16th of July and my tags will expire at midnight. We are still sitting here twiddling our thumbs now trying to figure out how to get my man back and forth to work since we don't live together and he lives further south than I do and it's very much out of my way. I dropped the vehicle off Sunday night so they could finally fix all the problems and get it through inspection. Here it is now Thursday the 16th of July and I have been told since June 18th that I would have another valid tag and I do not. At one time I would have highly recommended them. I would have told you how great they were and I would have told you that they are patient and professional but I cannot say that anymore. I am extremely extremely disappointed in all the time, Money and gas that we have had to waste to try to get everything fixed and valid. Now the car that we pay for every month is going to have to sit and we are going to have to figure out other arrangements until the tag issue is finally fixed! SMDH!!

Beware of this dealer, they will give you a we owe document and then stall you out when requests are made for the repair on the we owe document. They do not stand behind what they sell. Unfortunately, I now have to front money and then sue for them to do what is right. The cars entire suspension is defective.
