Me and my wife decided to stop by this car dealership down the road from our house after we were disappointed at the Lexus of Wilmington dealership. The car salesman Fran assisted us as soon as we started looking around and by far, hands down, without question, this is the best salesman and car dealership we have had the pleasure of doing business with. Fran was completely amazing throughout the whole process. He didn’t apply any and I mean absolutely no pressure at all. He was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and also provided us with a car fax on the two vehicles we were interested in. I honestly can’t imagine doing business with another car dealership or car salesman ever again because Out Right Auto was the complete package. I felt at home, like I was doing business in my living room with a person that I have known for 30-40 years, that’s how comfortable I was with the whole process at this dealership. I encourage you to stop by and inquire about the car that might interest you at Out Right Auto and “PLEASE, PLEASE “ ask to speak with Fran, I promise you he will take care of you, make you feel comfortable and no pressure or worry will cross your mind.

This used dealership is the epitome of the sketchy used car dealer stigma. If Harry Wormwood lived in Delaware he would work at Outright Auto. From an engine light a day after purchase, a shifty "warranty" contract. To being "to bussy" and "multiple weeks out" to handle their warranty work. To not even honoring the first fuel up agreement made at time of sale. This company is shady and dishonest. Good luck to anyone that goes here. PS: Owner response to this post was to say I came in asking for gas money. However what i told your employee "employee name told me to bring my first fuel receipt in and yall would pay for it." Also, the reason I came in "months after" is because of another complaint I'm glad you reminded me to mention. Since the car failed inspection before we bought the car and then upon purchase we were told it was taken back and had passed. Oh but that was a lie too, and we then had to take it to get inspected only after waiting 2 months for your team to call and tell us that wonderful.

Yea they keep deleting bad reviews to hide the terrible things they do. like i had a car towed to their shop after they told me to tow it there. then tell you they cant work on it gj great customer service. Either hold employees accountable and watch what they are doing or accept the reviews you earn. SMH
