Would absolutely recommend buying a vehicle from West End Automotive Center. My husband and I bought a Truck that was fairly priced and Zac Brown, the owner, was professional,, kind, and honest. Anything that needed to be fixed before purchasing the vehicle, he took care of, including new tires and new brake brakes and rotors all around. He also had procured a new key fob at no cost to us, which was much appreciated. The staff which is his family, we’re all very welcoming and easy to talk to and meet the process very easy and efficient. The building as well as the lot was well maintained and professional, and would absolutely buy another vehicle from them. As a matter fact, we’ve already recommended several people to them and when our children are in need of another vehicle, we will be heading that way.

They have a really nice selection of trucks and everything on the lot looked well taken care of. The whole buying experience was smooth and stress free, which made a big difference. He also promised me a spare key. It ended up taking a little over a week to come in, but once it arrived he got everything set up quickly and handled it professionally, which I appreciated. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality truck and honest customer service. I’d absolutely buy from them again.

I’ve recently purchased two vehicles a 2016 Chevy suburban LT and a 2011 Chevy Tahoe LT. Both these purchases went so smooth. I’ve owned the suburban for over a year now not one issue with this vehicle and I’m going on three months with the Tahoe, my experience with West End auto has been very pleasant.
