I was extremely impressed with the quality of service and the level of professionalism and good old-fashioned decency from the team at Blasius Pre-Owned. My saleswoman, Heidie Rivera, was outstanding. She was kind and patient with me and always stood by my side throughout the entire process. Additionally, the finance manager, Kyle Dubay, and the general sales manager, Dom Mascolo, were equally impressive. These are all stand-up people of honesty and integrity. They not only treated me like family, but they also stood by me after the deal was done. Where most other dealers would have dismissed my (minor) concerns. Blasius stood by me and never once let me down. They simply went above and beyond. I drove 3 hours from NJ to this location, and I will do it again when it's time for another vehicle. The experience, fairness, and stellar service are well worth the trip. This was the absolute best car purchasing experience I have ever had in the last 40 years. I must give 5 stars to this entire exceptional group of professionals (Heidie, Kyle & Dom) at Blasius! The owner of your company is lucky to have you all on his team! Everything was good at first fast forward 30 days I called on the 21st because my temporary tag was gonna expire on the 30th. They told me to call back on the 28th so I did crickets called back on the 29th. Call us back tomorrow so I did they say it’s basically not their problem and they will do nothing to help me. So I have a 26k lawn ornament until my plates come in. Called the state dmv they say not the first complaint about them because they use a third party to register your car. And last wasn’t gonna mention till this but they claim every car bought with them comes with a star guard and the pulse brake light the light was never installed in the car and the star guard on the manufacturers website clearly states how it should be installed I find it in the glovebox but I digress be aware and make sure everything is installed before you leave the lot and if from ny don’t even bother unless you want a lawn ornament for 3 weeks
