They did exactly that with our vehicle, and their attention to detail gave us peace of mind knowing we were purchasing a car that had been properly inspected and cared for. I am extremely happy with my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek, and it was delivered to us in excellent condition (and new tires!). The entire experience was smooth, honest, and stress-free. I had family members recommend I give United Auto a shot because they were fair, honest, and reasonably-priced. I am extremely glad I did! I went in asking for an oil change, tire rotation, and thorough look over my car since she’s older and I haven’t always been perfect about maintenance. They told me my tires were good to go and I didn’t need a rotation, and didn’t charge me for the look over either, so I only paid for the oil change. They also sent a letter afterwards which was a nice touch. Overall, they are friendly, efficient, and very fair. I would highly recommend this shop.

Bruce and I went there to buy a vehicle. The prices were amazing, the service was incredible and the staff was honest and caring. Hands down best experience I have had buying a vehicle. We took our daughter to buy her first car and they handled the situation perfectly. Gary took the time to explain everything to her and make it a very comfortable situation. Wich in my opinion doesn't happen often at dealerships. They made sure everything was perfect with the vehicle and Gary's communication during the process was top notch. Being over and 1.5hrs from them the communication was important.
