I'm thrilled with the car we purchased and the service we received. And the care that was put in to a first time car purchase by my teen! I was wary of using what I perceived as a used car lot rather than an established big dealership, but this is actually a small independent dealership and not a stereotypical used car lot. While at Harte Volkswagen down the street, they were pushy? Salesly and felt like used car salesmen when attempted to paint HoC as "shady" and "dangerous" to try to convince me to buy they're lesser-than car. I am still annoyed by that, and I'll never shop there. In fact, I walked out of Harte and went right to HoC and signed the paperwork after that. They also bought us 4 new tires and a new high end stereo at no additional cost. They're a one-stop shop, too, who takes care of registering the vehicle. The car itself is immaculate, runs perfectly, was as advertised, and was priced slightly better than comparable cars at other dealerships. Elmin, our salesman, was fantastic, personable, and patient. I'm tough to please, and here I am giving a 5 star review. Go figure.

Overall easy, hassle free experience. Norbert and his colleague (I can’t recall his name - sorry!) were great! Even though Norbert made me wait forever to take the car home still a 5/5 experience (joking - they’ll know what I’m talking about 😂) Was worth the travel from South Shore MA! Thanks Norbert!
