Giving a BIG shout out to Vinny Constantino and Steve Morley for their help with the purchase of my new Chevy Equinox Active. I love it more every time I drive it. Fourteen years ago my husband and I purchased his Chevy Silverado and my Malibu from Vinny and both cars and customer service treated us well. Beside the general maintenance and a few very minor issues due to the age of the vehicles, we loved our cars. My husband had since passed away so I came back to Blasius solo. I got a great deal on a fabulous, great looking, reliable vehicle that I am proud to drive as my husband and I were Chevy fans. This color blue was the color of his Corvette 1967 427 TRIPOWER and his favorite color! That color was undoubtedly THE COLOR FOR ME! Thank you Vinny and Steve for your kindness, patience and for treating me so well. I had every reason to return and trust you both with this very emotional transaction that you made sure went as smooth as possible and was actually more enjoyable than I anticipated. We purchased a 2025 Malibu LT2 from Blasius Auto Group with Austin Callaway as our salesman. Austin was professional, knowledgeable and had great communication skills. He sat with us in the car and reviewed the options, navigation and My Chevrolet app. This car was a bit hard to locate and I felt he bent over backwards to make it happen. We feel this dealership is exceptionally organized. This is our second car purchased from them and we are very happy with the experience.

Yesterday, I had a very disappointing experience with your dealership. I submitted an online request regarding a black 2024 Honda Ridgeline (Stock #52139AQ) to confirm its availability, and the next day Chris Keefe scheduled an appointment for 2:00 PM. When I arrived, he told me he was busy with two other customers and asked me to wait. After waiting two hours, he returned and said the key was not available and asked me to wait longer. Thirty minutes later, he informed me that it would not be possible to show me the vehicle at all. I drove from Stratford for this appointment, and it was extremely frustrating to waste my time and fuel due to this lack of organization and professionalism.
