Ideal Motors

I recently purchased a car from Ideal Motors and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire team was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle. A special shoutout to Alex, who was an excellent salesman—knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Also want to thank Rocky, the sales manager, for working with me and making sure everything went perfectly. Both Alex and Rocky went above and beyond to provide great customer service. If you're looking for a reliable dealership with honest people and top-notch service, I definitely recommend Ideal Motors!

I live in Ohio, and honestly, customer service at dealerships around here has been pretty disappointing. Most of the time it feels like they don’t really care whether they sell you a car or not—getting information or straight answers is like pulling teeth. That’s why my experience with Ideal Motors, CT was such a surprise. I found the exact car I wanted there, and Andrew was my salesman. I truly can’t say enough good things about his professionalism and customer service. Andrew and the team went above and beyond anything I expected, especially considering this was an out-of-state purchase. The entire process—wire transfer, paperwork, and shipping—was completely seamless. Their shipping recommendation was spot-on, and they handled everything flawlessly. They even duplicated and transferred all the title and paperwork so that when the car arrived in Ohio, I had absolutely nothing to do. No hassle, no extra steps—just register and drive. This was hands-down the easiest and best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Ideal Motors is a 5-star dealership in my book, and they’ve earned a lifelong customer in Ohio.

Best place to buy a car ask any question always willing to help with your vehicle they do oil changes maintenance on your car and helping to solve a problem definitely buying another car from them I am vested in the car with them made my money back within three months maybe less help me with another car I had and I didn’t buy from them Great guys great people

Had a great experience with this dealer and got a great deal on a vehicle! Thank you.

Watch out for JEFF LUFT- RUNNING AN ONLINE SCAM- Idk what’s going on with this dealership but they are running a scam offering to sell trucks online to people looking out of state. Since finding this out 2 random people have reviewed this page about buying a truck out of state through this dealership and getting amazing discount and shipping with Jeff and both reviews have been conveniently removed. Not sure by Google or the dealership if somebody is replicating them online. Did research on the party who was on the title for the truck. This party did not exist at the address on the title or even in the city. Did research on the sales representative who also falsified information. Don’t know if this dealership was targeted or if they are in on it but they are listing trucks and SUVS extremely cheap and targeting people who are looking to buy something out of state for cheaper. We knew immediately when they gave 2 different account names with the same routing and account number. One of them was “Top Tier Motors” and bank of American said they had ZERO transaction history in and out of the account.
