after having a really disappointing experience at another dealership, i was honestly nervous about trying again. i'm so glad i did. richie was amazing from the very beginning and made the entire process so much easier. even though i was coming all the way from new york city to connecticut, he made it worth the trip. there were a few small fixes that needed to be done on the car, and while it took a little longer than expected, they made sure everything was taken care of the right way instead of rushing the job. richie kept me updated, answered all of my questions, and made sure i felt comfortable throughout the process. the customer service was excellent, and i never felt pressured. i'm very happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest and helpful team.

Hi All, I purchased a car from ABW about 4 months ago. I have to say, it was a very good and fair experience. I purchased a late model car which had some issues with radio system and brakes. To buy from A Better Way is to laugh in the face of God. Begining to end the worst experience of my life. I don't have the time or energy to list everything, so here are the highlights. My car died on May 5. The next day I attempted to buy a Porsche from A Better Way for their full asking price of $22,000. From that moment, everything went wrong. After three months of endless paperwork delays, failed repairs, five round trips over two hours each, $1,562.28 spent on rental cars, hundreds of text messages, more than 20 phone calls, and hours on hold, I finally gave up. I took the car to a reputable shop, fully prepared to pay out of pocket just to be done with A Better Way. Their diagnosis? The wiring issue A Better Way couldn't fix is in the main body harness. The technician told me the repair is so expensive that, if an insurance company evaluated it, the vehicle would be declared an absolute total loss. Three months ago, I tried to buy a clean black Porsche. Thanks to A Better Way, I ended up with an effectively totaled, blue Porsche (even though the title says it's black), that has a leaking roof, a stereo that only plays through the left speakers, and a mechanic telling me the carfax show A better Way was aware of all the issues when they sold me the car. They even managed to screw up the registration badly enough that I lost my vanity plate. You literally can't make this stuff up. Avoid this dealership at all cost, trust me.
