WT Auto

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Wtautoct. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free something I honestly didn’t expect when buying a car. What stood out most was the professionalism and genuine care they showed. Every question I had was answered with patience, and I never felt pressured at any point. They took the time to walk me through all the details, from financing options to the features of the vehicle, making sure I was 100% comfortable before moving forward. When it came time to pick up my car, it was spotless, fueled, and ready to go like driving off in something brand new. I truly appreciate the honesty, attention to detail, and customer-first approach that everyone here brings to the table. If you’re thinking about buying a car, look no further. WTautoct is the place to go. They’ve earned a lifelong customer in me, and I’ll be recommending them to all my friends and family!

Bought an Escape from them. I have to say they are incredibly nice and very knowledgeable. Buying a used car is usually a gamble but i feel 100%confident in my purchase. I trust their word completely.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and competitive prices!!! One of the few genuinely honest mechanics and car salesmen left. I've purchased multiple vehicles from Will as well as had lots of work done at his shop. He sells clean vehicles and goes above and beyond to please!

If you want something that won't give you a headache, buy somewhere else! I bought a vehicle that was less than 4 months old and it had a problem. I had to pay $2,500. Not to mention the customer service provided by the owner, who doesn't even greet his customers. They told me that the car had a 2-year warranty from the bank and said that they would help with anything that happened. Until the car had a problem and that was it. I don't recommend anyone to buy from there. Unless you want to have a headache and a loss.

Feel ripped off. No matter the age of the vehicle being sold warning lights should not appear within the first hour of driving off the lot. Batteries should not have corroded posts and parts that get lost while something else is being repaired should be a priority to replace not pushed aside. Havent had the vehicles 4 months yet and its been nothing but problems. Never again will i contact these people.
