I'd like to start by saying everyone there seems nice & pleasant. I test drove 2 vehicles today. I had my mind set to purchase one of those cars. I really like the Legacy but for a 2019 with 89,000+ miles I thought $18,977 was a bit steep. Market dealer price is anywhere between $15,000 & $17,000. I get dealers need to makes some bones. When we sat down with the salesman & threw out a price out the door, he stated he couldn't do that, not gonna lie it was a serious low ball but hey what the hell. The Salesman said they don't negotiate. I bought 2 cars from Wallingford auto park in the past & alway negotiated price. He said the most he has seen them lower a price was $500. I would have been willing to negotiate a fair price but he didn't even try. So you lost $17,000 sale. Very disappointed.

Beware of deception!! Almost 3 years ago we found my dream car here. Everything went fine with the sale. Because it had a history of expensive repairs we were adamant to buy a warranty. One day all of the light on my dashboard came on, we brought it to a BMW dealership closer to out house. We traveled 50 miles to buy this car. After diagnostics there were over $3,000. In repairs, but I have a warranty, so we thought. We paid $3500, for the warranty!! The dealership informed us that they never should have sold us a warranty because the car was a "buy back". The dealership had this information on our Carfax report but never released it to us. We called them about it and it took over 6 months to get our money back for the warranty. They denied any wrong doing at all. But now we have a car with expensive repairs that we would never have bought without a warranty!!
