I need to update my previous review because my experience took a complete turn for the worse. At first, I left a positive review because I genuinely thought everything was going well. Unfortunately, after only 30 days, I’ve been told they can’t finalize the sale of the vehicle I purchased. After taking all of my money and having me believe everything was settled, I’m now being told I have to pay more money and find a completely different car. I spent so much time and energy finding the right vehicle, only to have it taken away through no fault of my own. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. This entire situation has been handled in a very unprofessional manner. If there were issues with the financing or sale, they should have been resolved before I was sent home in the vehicle, not a month later after I’ve invested my time, money, and trust. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Byrider in Meriden. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying a car there to think twice and ask a lot of questions before signing anything. I truly hope no one else has to go through what I’m dealing with right now. I wish I didn’t have to change my review, but I believe people deserve to know what happened.
