I had an amazing experience buying my car from Green Light. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, never pushy or overwhelming. They made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. The selection of vehicles was great, the pricing was fair, and they were completely transparent throughout the process. They took the time to answer all of my questions. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I absolutely love my car and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I would highly recommend Green Light to anyone looking for a car and excellent customer service!

I can't say enough about this place. One of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. I drove almost 300 miles to look at a car that was exactly what I wanted. Bought on the spot. All the paperwork was readied, then I drove home and finalized the loan. Buying a car long-distance was new to me, but Carlos (the GM) knew exactly what needed to be done. All paperwork was finalized in a week (would have been sooner, but the credit union made a mistake that took a couple of days to fix). Next was getting the car home. I decided to have it transported. After several delays, I found a transport company that could do what it promised. I got my car two weeks after purchase. Throughout all of this, my salesperson, Jose, and Carlos were great to deal with. Extremely helpful and so patient with all the delays on my end. Communication was excellent; they respond right away to texts, voice mails, email. After purchase, I asked them to check out a couple of mechanical items of concern, which they did, assuring me that these were fine. I would make the drive again to buy a car from Green Light! Edited to add: There was an area of hidden damage on the car that we discovered after delivery. This was NOT the fault of Green Light; it was done prior to them acquiring the car. This would have been seen when the dealer promo plate was put on the car. But it wasn't readily visible to someone looking at the car, due to its location. This requires some skilled body work. I am not dinging Green Light, though, because they offered a solution that's fair. I do think the issue should have been noted in the listing, but I wouldn't have expected it to have been repaired. I would still purchase another vehicle from them, but would go above and beyond a "reasonable man's" inspection. And I love my car, so that's a win for me.

Had such a great experience at Green Light! Kylie was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the whole car buying process feel easy and stress-free. Carlos in finance was also amazing… super knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I thought I would have my 1999 Lexus LS400 forever. I bought it new, but it blew the timing belt and, after over 250k, ruined the engine, and I was stranded. I live in Bethany and my wife has had her previous car serviced at Greenlight, so one Friday afternoon, we decided to see what they have - A really nice touch was Travis, our sales rep, came out to greet my wife and I before we stepped inside. I personally was not looking for an SUV, but, fell in love with a sweet little Midnight Garnet 2017 Infiniti QX50 AWD that was among the cars that Travis showed us. A test drive and testing, proved confirming this was a gem, and a few days later I was signing papers with Carlos and driving home - The car is flawless, and now after driving her for several days I have only positive things to say about the car, the dealership, the sales and management team and the entire experience. I have bought over 10 cars in my lifetime, and can honestly say that this was the best 'car and experience' I have ever had. The best thing about this car is that it has done wonders for our marriage. My wife and I have been taking late afternoon drives around on backroads as well as some longer trips. I think she loves this car as much as she loves her's. Thank you Greenlight 🙏 🥰

Be very careful if you’re considering buying a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler, and the very next day the check engine light came on. I called the dealership for days, but no one returned my calls. After nearly three weeks, I finally demanded to speak with the owner. They had me bring the Jeep back, and within 45 minutes they claimed the problem was fixed. I drove the hour back home, and before long, the check engine light came back on. About a week later, they asked me to bring it back again and provided me with a rental car. This happened twice. During the last repair, they kept my Jeep for 34 days. When I picked it up, they gave me a printout showing everything they supposedly repaired and how much they claimed to have spent. The repair costs were more than the vehicle was worth, which should have been a huge red flag. I drove the Jeep home and assumed everything had finally been fixed. The very next day, while driving, the dashboard started flashing, the check engine light came on again, and the engine shut off in the middle of the road at a red light. I contacted the dealership, and they told me they couldn’t do anything else because they had already spent too much money on the vehicle. I then took the Jeep to my own mechanic and gave him the repair records from the dealership. After inspecting the vehicle, he told me that about 80% of the repairs listed had not actually been done. He also found that the alternator and battery were both bad. His recommendation was to replace those parts, but he honestly told me I’d be better off replacing the entire engine. I have text messages, photos, videos, repair invoices, and other documentation to support everything I’ve said. I’m sharing my experience to hopefully save someone else from going through what I did. If you’re considering buying a vehicle from this dealership, do your research, have the car thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic, and don’t rely solely on what the dealership tells you.
