I would highly recommend Dynamic Auto to anyone. Customer service is Top Tier, communication was always on point . They not only have this location on Dixwell in Hamden but also on Whalley ave and another in Wallingford CT. All employees and Owner are very attentive to your needs and address any concerns you might have. Moving forward this is the only bodyshop that any of my vehicles will be repaired at. We bought a car there April 2025 and he didn’t have the title there when we bought it. He said it was a clean title and would have it the next day. When we got it 2 weeks later it had mile discrepancy. And now after a transmission and many new parts we can’t even sell it. Can’t get ahold of them because they won’t answer. These people are scammers. Run!

One star cause he let me get the car out without a license. Other then that cars are shit. They’ll last you about a month before all the problems start. Also owner claimed he was waiting for a sensor the car i purchased needed and he was gonna go ahead and install it for me once it got to him. The owner guy is no where to be found when I look for him so that was bullshit. Make sure y'all get it in writing for whatever this guy “promises” y'all.
