I am a very happy customer of A1 Toyota. Whenever my car is due for a routine maintenance and service, I become genuinely excited. The reason is because over the past four years, I have developed a wonderful routine of coming to this A1 Toyota early in the morning, dropping off my car, and going to the Toyota Cafe for a fresh complimentary cup of coffee as I read my Bible or do work. My experience each time has been easy, smooth, and enjoyable. Today, I had my best experience so far – thanks to the exceptional, kind, and customer-centered service of Leonardo Taveras Quezada. From the moment I stepped into the building, Leonardo warmly welcomed me and took car of my car service appointment. He even took the initiative to point to a chart on the wall and advise me to come back when my car hit 25kmiles (and not any more than 26k miles) so that I would be able to take full advantage of Toyota's free car services up until 25,000 miles. I believe that it is the quality service of people like Leonardo that makes this A1 Toyota the best place for anyone in Connecticut to receive car-related services.

I have been buying new cars for over 40 years and this dealership has been the best to date. From my initial contact with James Hollar as the internet sales advisor, then Ugur Akdeniz as the sales consultant and then to Rachel Soto the delivery coordinator, they provided outstanding services and communication throughout the entire experience. The dealership upfront pricing is matched by no other dealership within my 500 mile radius. This family owned dealership is a gem in Connecticut. I think our new car looks great in our garage. Update: A fine example of the professional staff. We ran into a problem getting the permanent tags within the 30 day window due to snow/ice storm which no one can predict. Working with the General Manager Dan Wheeler and the DMV specialist Victoria Felder, they were able to overnight my tags to me in time. They will work with you on all phases of the sale. Cannot say enough good things about this dealership. We really enjoy the car and the sales experience has made it that much better.

I'm way overdue for this, but A1 Toyota was great. The whole experience, from my first steps through the door to the signatures was positive. My sales consultant, Ugur, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Their whole team fosters a no-pressure environment. I am very happy with my purchase and their best price no-haggle policy easily beat other Toyota dealerships in the area. They're a fantastic team.

It was a really pleasant experience. They were up front about MSRP pricing and financing, they accepted me declining packages/accessories without needling me. There was no pressure and no haggling. I was prepared for a long, exhausting talk but it was just genuinely nice. Moe was our consultant, he did well even if he's new.

I am writing to share my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received at A-1 Toyota this past Saturday afternoon, and specifically for Mark Mastraccio. I arrived unexpectedly after accidentally hitting the side of my garage door and knocking the mirror off my brand-new 2026 Toyota Camry XSE. I was admittedly a bit panicked when I walked in, but Mark immediately stepped in to help... as he always does. Despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon with no appointment, Mark took the time to assist me without hesitation. He promptly located a mechanic (Anthony Montefusco), and together they graciously reattached the mirror for me. Their willingness to help so quickly turned a very stressful moment into a manageable one. Mark or Anthony did not have to stop what he was doing to assist me, yet he did so with professionalism and kindness. I have been a Toyota owner since 2019 and have exclusively serviced my vehicles at A-1 Toyota since then. The consistently high level of customer care I receive is exactly why I remain a loyal customer. Please extend my sincere thanks to Mark and the technician who helped me.
