I don't know about everyone else, but I had a pretty good experience at this dealership. Purchased an SUV after driving my little sedan for a minute. Awkward transition, but it's okay. Sunan made things easy. I was definitely nervous because I've never bought a car before (my previous vehicle was passed down to me), but I didn't really come across any issues with my purchase (other than the one other car I'd been eyeballing being sold). My family has been coming here for years and we haven't had any issues thus far.

This was one of the easiest car purchases I’ve ever had in my life and I have owned seven vehicles. From the first phone call, to the visit, the test drive, and picking up the car, they were incredible to work with. Super friendly, very simple and easy-going, and no BS sales tactics. I don’t tolerate people like that. The card itself was in just as good shape, probably better, than the pictures showed online. There was no embellishing, and the vehicle matched the ad exactly shown online. They even found the roof rails to my Audi and made sure to include everything when I left with the vehicle.There was even a delay on my end with me getting my loan from my bank processed due to a holiday, and they were very accommodating and understanding and not pressuring. Very pleased with my purchase, no haggling or pushback, and the car was beyond reasonably priced. Sunan did an incredible job and I would absolutely buy more vehicles from them in the future. I definitely suggest getting a used vehicle from Chip’s.

I’ve come back to this dealership several times over the years — for my own cars and now for my teen drivers — and they’ve been fantastic every single time. Chip and his team is always upfront, honest, and easy to work with. No games, no pressure, just genuinely transparent deals and great value for the money. Our latest purchase was a toy (Jeep Wrangler) that we’re absolutely loving. Every time I buy here, I walk away feeling confident and taken care of. We’ll definitely be back when it’s time for our next “new‑to‑us” ride.

Bought a 13 year old Mercedes E350. Beautiful car. Oh, I did not have it inspected by an outsider (guess I'll be paying for That somewhere down the road). I did sit in the car to inspect the insides and did find some very small flaws that I felt I could live with. This is what I expected for a car with 52,000 miles. She is a very good appearing. Could you tell i did not need much help from either Chip or Sunan to sell this car. Honestly I just fell in love with it! It will be the last and best convertible I'll most likely ever own! They were been more than friendly at Chips! It really might help if one were to bring along a more knowledgeable and friendly that would be more impartial than myself. Sunan is really the paperwork Chip deals with a very reputable Midstate credit union that we're very pleased with. Very pleased with the experience we had at Chips!!!
