Hello everyone. I want to share my experience to warn other people. If you don’t want headaches or problems when buying a car, please be very careful with this dealership. On March 4th, I was looking for a car when I received a call from a Hispanic salesperson from Affordable 2 on Main Street. I clearly told her that my credit was very low. Even so, she said she had an offer for me: a 2023 Toyota Corolla with $4,500 down and monthly payments of $360. Because I really needed a car, my husband and I went to the dealership right away. When we got there, we waited for hours while they were supposedly preparing the contract. Two salespeople were involved, one of them named Alessandra. At some point, they said everything was ready and asked us to pay the $4,500 down payment, which we paid with a debit card. However, when they were about to print the contract, they suddenly said that the monthly payment was not $360, as promised on the phone, but $540 per month. At that moment I told them I would not sign the contract and that I did not want the car anymore, because that was not the deal that had been offered to me. The problem is that even without any contract signed, they kept our $4,500 deposit. For several days, I kept calling the dealership asking when they would return the money. Every time they gave a different excuse: “tomorrow at 10”, “today it will be resolved”, “someone will call you”. Meanwhile, they kept trying to push another car on me, even though I clearly said I did not want to buy anything from them anymore. It has now been over a week, and they are still holding my money and giving me the runaround, without providing any real solution. When you call, they keep passing the responsibility from one person to another and nobody resolves anything. After this situation, I also found many reports from other people saying they had problems with cars from this dealership, including vehicles with mechanical issues. My recommendation is simple: be very careful before doing any business with this dealership. My experience has been extremely stressful, and I am still trying to recover my own money.

If you’re someone who checks reviews before choosing a dealership, take this as a warning. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere, as there are many more reputable options out there. Our experience has been extremely frustrating, especially when it came to resolving an issue and receiving a refund. We were asked to come back multiple times, only to be told the manager was not available. When a refund check was finally issued, our name was spelled incorrectly, which delayed the process even further. Since then, communication has been very inconsistent. Calls have gone unanswered or disconnected, and we have not received clear follow-up on how this will be resolved. It has now been over two weeks, and we are still trying to get this matter handled. Overall, the lack of accountability, follow-through, and clear communication has made this a very disappointing experience. The worst is everyone pretending to not speak English
