I’m from Long Island and these guys are the real deal. Lou and Mike at York Auto made us feel like we’d known them for years, talked about our pets, offered us water, the whole nine. No B.S., just hardworking blue-collar guys who go above and beyond. They were up early, fixed the brakes the same day, threw on new tires, and cleaned the car up nice. They said something that stuck with me : “We make the cars as best as we can, something we would drive ourselves. We treat people how we want to be treated, always been the recipe. Highly recommend.

We were referred here by my trusted mechanic Rich from Tripps Service Center as the person he would trust to fix an engine problem my daughter was having with her Cross Trek that he couldn't fix. I have been going to Rich for many years now and trust whatever he says, so if he said that's the place to go then that's where we're going. It turns out that my daughter needed a new engine, and Bobby, the owner, went the extra step and sourced the best engine he could find with the lowest miles and best warranty. When we went to pick up the vehicle, he explained exactly what he did, told us what to do going forward, to call him if there were any issues, and thanked us for bringing her vehicle to him. Bobby was so nice and thoughtful, and I really liked how he explained everything, what happened and to contact him with any issues. I thanked him for being such a good person and a trusted, credible mechanic. I told him that I would be referring him to folks like I do with my mechanic Rich, and I would be bringing my truck to him for a check engine code issue that I'm having. Would very highly recommend Bobby and York Auto Service!!!

After Bringing my car to 3 diff shops and spending hundreds of dollars on diag and not getting the problem fixed. I brought it to jason here at york auto and got my car back fixed and perfect! Super professional and very fair on pricing. Deff will not bring my car anywhere else now
