I financed 2 cars from this place. These guys are awesome and very accommodating. Best of all, they are a small family owned business aiming to please. Everything was smooth and both cars are in great condition. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a used car.

I just got my second car here, the staff is very friendly, they worked with me to get me into the car I wanted. they have many great cars to choose from, low mileage quality cars, but you still have to do your homework with your desired car, it's your responsibility as a used car buyer. I would definitely recommend it here, I'm gonna continue getting my cars here and will likely get a vehicle here for my daughter when she comes of age. Do not ever buy a car from here of it you do bring it to someone first to they can check it out before you buy. I saw a 2011 Nissan Rogue I loved and it had everything I wanted and was a good price and they were (keyword were) wonderful to purchase with. Customer service was wonderful however after about 3 days of loving and owning my car, my happiness dwindled when the tire pressure light went on along with my check engine light. I Brought it to them and they were happy to fix it. They took me that day and said they fixed it got me new tires which was very nice of them. However about maybe a week later the engine light went on for a second time. So I brought it back. They were happy to help and fix it. I spent my day off sitting and waiting. It took them the whole day but this time they said they figured out the problem. Another week later, the engine light went back on. So I brought it back and spent another day off from work without a car this time othem saying their mechanics fixed the problem actually. I was curious as to what they were doing, if doing anything. By the third time I had hoped maybe we would figure out the issue. Well, guess what... a few days later my engine light went back on for the fourth time and this time I was upset. Finally I brought it somewhere else and was told the problem saying that New Park was not fixing what they issue was, they were doing the bare minimum. I was charged over 1000 in fixes from a trusted mechanic and I have had the car fo about three weeks and someone else had to fix it. Now granted I have driven the car for a bit and I was just told I need a whole new exhaust system for over $3000. I am so upset and angry with myself for ever buying a car here.This place gives you awful cars that give you nothing but problems when there shouldn’t be. I would give them 0 starts if I had the option. If I could return the car I would and go buy from a trusted dealer. Unfortunately I have a loan and my father helped me pay for it. This is the worst and most stressful experience ever.
