Hartford Motor Car

Paul was an amazing guy! Hooked me up with a nice Nissan, No BS, just tell you the facts. Highly recommend doing business here!

Paul is amazing! He made the car buying process so simple, especially since this is my first time going thru a dealership. Paul went above and beyond to make sure everything with the car was perfect. He will be the ONLY person I go to for my car needs moving forward!

Brought my 2008 V6 Rav4 to HMC after high praise from the guys (Brett and Charlie) at Valvoline (48 Park Rd, West Hartford CT) Dealt exclusively with Paul Rizzo, owner and proprietor of HMC. I needed a water pump replacement. Paul is/was professional, prompt, and professional. I brought it in first thing Tuesday morning, and the service was completed shortly after lunch. Car has since been running like a top. I don’t live that far away, and would 100% consider bringing my vehicle back for further services. I did not purchase my vehicle from HMC, so I have no comment on that aspect of the business. Would recommend.

Awesome experience. After discussing what I needed in a vehicle, they found me a perfect match. Educated me on all of my options and delivered on commitments. I was provided a run down on everything completed and recommendations to continue maintenance. Lastly followed up to confirm I made a great investment. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stay far away. Bought a car, granted it was older, but was told it had a new engine with 50k miles on it. Drove it for like 5 months and dumped thousands into it because of things that were breaking constantly and going wrong only to have the engine blow while on the highway with my 4 year old son in the back. Car dealership said that the car should have never been sold. Now I’m stuck with the loan because this company won’t do anything to help and of course the lender doesn’t was a car that literally blew up and almost caught on fire.
