This dealership is SUPER! In all regards, from beginning to end of the process in my obtaining a great used car at a fine price. They were so knowledgeable, courteous, patient, forthcoming and willing to fix the little (or not so little) fixes the car needed. They even provided an engine and powertrain warranty on the car at no extra charge. And I love the car they sold me; it's exactly what I might have hoped for. They have a very capable and complete service-shop there. It's no wonder they're so busy and successful--something which, of course, speaks well of them also. You can truly trust these folks. That's important, in buying a used car. I was so impressed I wrote this (rare) review of a business. Check them out as they have lots of cars there, too, changing all the time. Happy Hunting!

By far one of the best dealers I have visited. They worked with me in putting a car on layaway, I needed an extra week to finish my final payment and that was arrange with no problems. James Motor Cars has been the best car dealership I ever dealt with! I bought a 2011 Ford Escape Limited from them in July of 2020. Besides a sales price well below book value, their service was incredible. I bought the vehicle when it was believed the A/C only needed to be recharged. As it turned out, they had to replace the condenser, and tear apart the dash to replace the evaporator. All at no charge! Also, it was believed that the remote entry/start key just needed a new battery. When that didn't work, they actually took the time to work with a Ford dealer and had a new key made! Again, no charge! And they drove it out to Enfield, Ct, over 30 miles away on 2 different occasions, after the initial purchase, then after fixing the A/C. Any potential buyers, you should have no concerns about moving forward with James Motorcars.. Everything they say is 100% accurate! I should also add that after owning the vehicle for 9 months, 25K miles later, I have not had any issue with the vehicle whatsoever!
