I Gave a five star because they areGood people to do business with. I bought a 2017 Acura MDX with 150, 000 thousand miles for only $16,000. When I first bought my car , it had some issues. I told them about it , and they told me to bring it back in, they replace my catalytic converters, and now everything is running cool and smooth. Thank you CT Auto fair

Everyone here is so nice. This is my second car from them. This time we been having issues with the car since day one though. They been so nice amd trying to fix it. Still working on fixing it 4 months later. I feel that they actually care, hopefully they fix what ever is wrong this time and won't have to worry going forward. But they do generally care and want to help and family friendly people

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at CT AutoFair, LLC. While attempting to purchase a vehicle, I was given a phone number by an employee for insurance.Relying on that referral, I contacted the number and ended up in a fraudulent situation where I was charged more money than expected.After canceling the insurance, I was still charged again the next month for $589 dollars as if the policy remained active. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how this business vets or refers third-party services to customers. At minimum, this reflects a lack of accountability and customer protection. Customers should not be exposed to potential scams through information provided by a dealership.I am documenting this experience publicly and will be pursuing all available steps to dispute these charges and report this situation. I strongly advise others to verify any third-party contact information before proceeding with anything related to this business. I have attached proof of the charges, including repeated billing even after cancellation. I expect this business to take responsibility and address this situation.

I purchased a vehicle from this place and the salesperson who assisted me was very nice and the purchasing process was very smooth. We were told that we had a 30 day warranty. For 30 days the car ran good on day 32 the car needed a jump and now almost 2 months later it needs a new transmission. Even though the people working there were nice they sold us a lemon. No way should a car 10 years old break down after 30 days from purchasing it. Learned my lesson to not go to these little car dealerships. 30 day warranties aren’t enough. It should be a minimum of 60 days.
