I attempted to try this place out after owning for so long I was ready for an upgrade. Talked to Tim initially whi was extremely kind over the phone that I brought a friend when I actually came into the dealership. Before actually coming in I called and spoke with a young lady who advised me to ask for Tim after letting her know my situation. I came in the same day and immediately started looking at what I had let him know I was interested in (2019 Ford Explorer) I found a Burhundy one i loved but he never found the keys for it. So I finally started looking at an Infinti they hadn't yet put up but was an option but for 8k down with a total payment of 16k I wanted it but felt it was a bit much for my goal. The passenger door,window and rear view mirror didn't work and it had a BSI & BSW issue. I asked if it could all be fixed and he stated yeah. I asked about a few other Ford Explorers and options he had to stay with my initial budget and he let me know after sitting down id had 2 options an arcade or and 2015 Ford Explorer way less quality than the one I saw and feel in love with. I waited 45 mins to see something I wasn't interested in settling for and when Tim got that understanding he started to sell around ne making me feel out if place and no longer comfortable. I had my whole family with me so they loaded up while I looked for Tim to let him know I was leaving, I got a card from his colleague and let her know to tell him I was leaving. Tim called not to long after and said he find me "something" and call me back, Im still waiting for that call and disappointed because I just want a good vehicle to get me and my babies around safe without major repair and a 2 or payment 😔 sadly this is a struggle I am praying I don't have to deal with much longer. Tim please have customers leave on the same note they came it's a terrible experience for a family to go through what mine did with no outcome.
