I purchased a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from Michael’s auto which was in beautiful condition. My body on the other hand, is not. I am disabled. And the Rubicon was not a good fit for me. I explained this to Sales rep AB, and he went above and beyond to help find me a much smoother yet comparable-ride At an amazing price!. . He really helped me out quite a bit and was above and beyond throughout!

I worked closely with Ab while purchasing my new car, and he was incredibly helpful, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. He went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my purchase. After having some disappointing experiences with larger, well-known dealerships, Michael’s Auto was a refreshing change. I never felt like just another paycheck—they treated me with the same care and attention they would want if they were buying the car themselves. Like getting me the parts and work needed, and if they couldn’t, they recommended people who could. I would absolutely recommend them!

5 stars The service was excellent they were very friendly and showed me many options, helping me figure out which car was right for me. They were truly outstanding throughout the entire process, from the initial assistance to the final purchase.

We bought a car and within 1 hour of purchasing the car it broke down. When we called, AB attempted to say that we just didn’t like the car and that’s why we brought it back. But every light was on within one hour of spending 7,000 dollars. Don’t go here or it’s your pockets. Don’t let them fool you. The guy AB seems nice for sure. We had a wonderful experience until we were stuck with our daughter in the middle of the street. We called to ask for a refund and AB told us that we were being dramatic about 7000 dollars and seems to be refusing to refund the money even though he states that he cancelled the amount. This company is very fraudulent and I’m reporting them to the better business bureau. Still haven’t received a refund

I would give them zero stars if possible. Within 1 week of my niece buying a used car, the check engine light came on and the dealer refused to do anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! Now less than 5 mos from the purchase, the car is now broken down with severe issues that we believe the dealer knew about. He buys crap cars and does not stand behind them, laughing all the way to the bank! We want to sue this dealer for false representation and fraud. We are reporting him this company to the attorney general as well. The OWNER responded below - and my niece DID reach out right away - and nothing was done! Since it was 7 days past the purchase they told her they would not do anything. It is very disappointing that they did not take responsibility and allow her to come bring the car in for THEM to assess the issues. She ended up spending $2400 to fix the more pressing issues from the check engine light, only to have a CATASTROPHIC failure in the engine of this car take place within 5 months after the purchase. With an estimated $12,000 to repair the issues, the car is a total loss to her and she paid cash for it! She did NOT have that money to just throw away - and the ONLY one who comes out ahead is the DEALER. The car LOOKED good - clean and in good condition, but the engine was crap, with a suspected melting of one of the turbo charger parts of the engine, catalytic converter failure and who knows what else. So that tells me this dealer does NOT fully inspect the cars they sell and ensure they are in good working condition to last more than a few months. A normal Ford Explorer can go 200-300K miles - and this one died after 118,000.
