I’ve been buying from Jennifer Payne for almost 20 years . She’s brutally honest and doesn’t do business with people who don’t pay. She’s also very compassionate. I bought a Cadillac from her in 2019 and it still runs like a dream . I purchased the prior 6 cars I bought from her as well. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else as long as her or her family own it.

Iv purchased two vehicles from Norwest and absolutely loved them . As a college educator, with a new semester approaching and a dying car, I needed a good used vehicle and quickly, and found a 2016 Mazda Mazda6 (what I had been looking for) at Norwest for a very fair price. Jacob, Jennifer and Michael were all extremely helpful, beyond helpful! Jacob and Jennifer worked with me on the price, Michael polished a few scuffs away, and they even replaced the damaged headlight assembly to make sure I was happy and had a great vehicle to drive away with. The final price was what I needed as well and they helped me at every step with my loan and my trade-in. I am happy with recommending anyone to give them a try!

In early 2023, Northwest Auto Sales & Service Inc. reached out to me for transportation services because they were unhappy with their prior arrangement. I was able to provide reliable service while also saving them both time and money. For many months, our business relationship was mutually beneficial, and invoices were consistently paid. Unfortunately, after my cancer diagnosis and treatment, I was unable to maintain the same standard of service, and they chose to move in another direction. I completely understood and respected that decision. What I cannot understand is why, despite multiple reminders and invoices sent to the same email address they had always used, there is still an outstanding balance of $4,500 for units delivered in 5-16-2023. While I appreciate the partial payments made this year (January: $1,600; July: $2,000), the outstanding balance was originally over $20,000 two years ago. We are not an interest-free bank, and it is disappointing that none of my proposed payment plans or deadlines have received a reply. Sadly, this review seems to be the only form of communication that gets a response. It pains me to write this because I know many hardworking employees keep this business running, and my experience does not reflect their daily efforts. However, unresolved payment for services rendered is a serious matter, and other businesses should be aware of this issue.
