I really appreciate Francesca for helping me get a car. She really fought hard to get me driving again because honestly I did not think it was possible. She talked to me for a few days and convinced me to come in because I kept trying to get approved online after a bunch of places already told me NO. I was so scared of being told no again,I was without a car for over a year and was walking, asking people for rides and spending a lot on Ubers. My last car got wrecked and insurance didn’t pay me, then it ended up hurting my credit even more. After that everything just got harder. I tried a few dealerships before CarHop and everybody kept telling me i needed a co buyer or like $5,000 down because my credit was bad. CarHop got me approved with no co buyer and only $400 down. The car is not my dream car or anything but it’s going to help me a lot and I’m honestly just happy to finally have a car again. I really wish I would’ve came sooner. There was some issues during the process, but Francesca stayed with it and informed us the whole entire time. She even went to upper management to make sure we were taken care of properly when things were not right. Francesca is and always will be in our eyes the type of person that car sales personal should strive to be. She didn’t give up on us and for that we are truly appreciative. She made sure our growing family had a safe and reliable vehicle to carry our kids in. I bought my car 2 weeks ago on a Saturday evening. On Monday morning on my way to work at 5am my check engine light came on. I called as soon as I was able and was told I could take it to the shop right beside this location. After a complete diagnostic, it was discovered I needed a catalytic converter replaced. Thankfully its being fixed at no charge to me and in a timely manner. Fingers crossed this is the only issue.
