I had an absolutely exceptional, hassle free, above and beyond experience working with Colton at McClosky Motors. Colton, along with Hunter, Ken, Troy, and his entire team, made the transaction as seamless as possible coming from Southern Arizona. Timely and pressure free responses, very fair trade value, friendly receptionists, overnighting paperwork with a return shipping envelope, willingness and patience in holding the vehicle over two weeks until I could make the drive, true understanding of the customer experience, and much more! Everything culminated in the quickest key and personal item swap I’ve experienced in my vehicle purchasing history before easily driving away in an exceptionally clean and well maintained Jeep Wrangler. It’s not surprising that they have won national awards, and all other dealerships should take notes. The most difficult part of this process was the distance of the drive, but even that proved meaningful by getting to see the landscape of the American West in my dream Jeep. We just bought our 2024 Expedition Max from McCloskey Truck Town! We have never had this easy of an experience buying a vehicle! Our sales guy, Hunter, was the Best! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and so easy to talk to, answering all of our questions with a smile! He was very helpful when we were moving all of our stuff from the old Truck to the new Expedition. We would definitely recommend buying your new vehicle from this business and asking for Hunter!! Zack was also very nice and answered all of our billing questions with no pressure! This was a great experience in car buying!

I just bought my first work truck from here. Rafael, Mike, Zack, and Ken were all a part of the team working on getting me in that truck. They worked for days finding me the best rate, working with other reps to help me make the truck my own, and honestly making me feel really important and heard. I really appreciate all of these guys and I look forward to working with them again in the very near future.

This dealership was very friendly!! Camryn who was very informative and friendly laid out everything up front and helped me get a great deal on my new Nissan. Would definitely recommend this spot to anybody trying to get a vehicle.

I love my new jeep...................This is how I felt when first bought my jeep and then 15 minutes later the ragtop ripped off because the service department only used the clamps and the velcro to install the the ragtop and at 75 mph it came ripping almost completely off and for weeks I have tried to get someone on the phone to talk to me but everyone is always too busy or in a meeting etc etc but yet I post a review about it and they say contact the manager and let them inspect the frame and ragtop for negligence on service departments part but today I actually physically show up to the dealership and instead of looking at the ragtop and frame the sales manager Mike Phillips calls me a liar says it happened due to my negligence and not theirs and that they were going to do absolutely nothing to make it right. The fact that they said to bring it to them to let them inspect it and they would make it right if the negligence was on their end to not even looking at it and straight up calling me a liar and saying it was my fault it happened. I was going to be a repeat customer and bring my family there to purchase vehicles in the future but now I will never spend another dime there again. I cant believe my opinion has been so greatly changed after the sale opposed to during it. What happened to being a part of the McCloskey family and they will take care of me after the sale as well as during it? What happened to that? What if this had caused an accident and hurt someone? They care more about the sell than they do your safety and will do nothing to make things right when they are negligent. I am driving an hour to work and back at 530 a.m. every morning in the cold because I have no top on my jeep. It runs fine but what am.i supposed to do in the winter when its freezing. These people dont call me back and wont take my calls but then tell me I waited too long to say anything so I was probably lying about what happened and probably was at fault when I had been trying to get ahold of someone literally since it happened. How am.i supposed to talk to someone about it if noone that works there will talk to me. But again the disrespect was overwhelming when he said I was a liar and they were going to do absolutely nothing to fix it because I couldn't prove it was their negligence over mine.i also told Rafael that the front opened up like a fishmouth when it happened on the test drive and I was at the dealership for a few hours afterwards and they did absolutely nothing to fix it and then Mike Phillips called me a liar and said it was my negligence when I told Rafael it happened during the test drive when I was waiting on the paperwork to finish. I thought surely they would fix it in that time but 15 minutes after the sell was finalized and the ragtop ripped off it was my fault somehow. Mike Phillips is the sales manager and literally said that I was at fault and they were not going to do anything to make it right.
