My experience was amazing! Patrick was a life saver literally! My Honda broke down earlier that day, the time it would take to get fixed I didn’t have. I've had several issues with my car since day 1 and am not happy at all. 1. The car shimmies really bad (I noticed this right after I got out of the hospital from fighting for my life). Was told by By Shawn Carroll, the salesman who sold it to me, to leave or the police would be called on me for harassment. He also said McCloskey had already given me another car to make me happy and they were done with me. [The first car, a ford edge was in a hurricane in Maine and was totaled and was not supposed to be sold] 2. The coolant system which cost me about $250 to replace the whole system. 3. The blower for the motor, for the air and heat. That will cost me about $250 for the part maybe more, and labor on top of that. With all the fires I need that as well as both the engine air filter, and the cabin filter changed so I can breath in my car. 4. The engine compression is not right. I was told that this problem had to be going on for a while and was treated with thicker oil or an oil treatment instead of being fixed. All this did was mask the problem. In the time ive had the car, less than a year; ive had to do 3 oil changes, which is far too many for as little as I drive.

We bought a car from you 2 years ago. The sales guy told us that there was a new catalytic converter in it as the previous one was stolen. You put the wrong one in which now resulted in a $2600 bill for our college student. I would never recommend anyone to buy from your place.
