Heather was amazing! This was a very interesting journey and I have done it many times! I had a ton of equity and after working countless hours, Heather & I decided maybe now wasn't the right time. Then my car got broken in to and the rental i landed in was "the car I really wanted". I also ran the numbers and recognized I had much more room in my budget. I gave Heather a call and she got right to work. I was also approved through my amazing credit union (in TX) and thought that would make it easier. My search criteria was pretty specific so there weren't a lot of options for her to provide me; trust me.....I searched myself!!!! And then she sent the magic message that changed everything. I was looking at Durangos and she found me a Jeep Grand Cherokee L. It literally checked all of the boxes, but was a surprise! After driving a Durango for 3 weeks as a rental, I am beyond satisfied with her selection! I'm now in week 3 of ownership and have loved every bit of the ride! I drive a lot so comfort it a huge deal! And I have 2 kids that LOVE to complain! Meeting these requirements wasn't easy, but Heather knocked it out of the park! I'm finally in something that feels like home!

Bryan Stanker did an excellent job finding the exact new car I wanted for the price I needed. He got the job done within a week and got an excellent value for my trade in. I've now bought 6 vehicles through Trent at HM Brown. It's the smartest way to lease or buy any type of new or used car/truck. Trent takes away all the hassle of car shopping. Never again deal with salespeople, sales/finance managers. No pressure. He asks what your needs are. Type? Payments? New? Used? And then he goes and gets it. You can test drive and do all the paperwork in his office. Super easy and stress free! Trent...Thanks for all the years you've helped my family!
