I had a great experience at Toyota of Lancaster. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly. Darius was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, made sure I understood each step, and was always patient and professional. A big thank you as well to my salesperson, KV. He explained all of my financing options clearly and worked hard to help me get a great deal on my new car. I never felt pressured, and the whole process was straight. I was able to drive home in my new car at a reasonable price. I had a great experience and am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Craig was very nice and professional, I was comfortable throughout the entire process. He was very welcoming, which was such a nice change from my experience at Diamond Ford. Eddie in finance was also very pleasant and explained everything well. I was able to get an amazing APR on my pre owned Rav4 Hybrid; at Diamond Ford, I was told the APR I wanted was a "pipe dream." Lol who says that to a potential customer? The showroom was really clean and friendly atmosphere . Juan knew the vehicles well, answered all my questions, and the pricing was very fair. I was greeted with a smile, offered coffee and taken right to a comfortable waiting area. Throughout the whole visit, the sales team and service staff kept the conversation light and helpful, answering all my questions about the Toyota Corolla I was considering.
