I don't like the people on sales there. They misled me. I was naive. I had a limited edition car and they told me i was getting the same exactly car but in a different color. I didn't really look at the missing features I had on my other car that I returned to them. It was a lease. The new one I got is not limited edition. The best features I had on my other car don't have on the new one. I'm very mad and disappointed. Being a woman, a foreign, they saw me a prey. They are a bunch of predators. Lesson learned. Next time, I won't be misled by no car dealership salespeople.
Toyota service dept. Radiator flush and fill + other work. Arrived home and checked under hood, this time they forgot to fill over flow tank Bone dry. Returned and they had to add approx. 32oz of coolant. If I hadn't checked i would have damaged the radiator and possibly the engine??? Offered me a free oil change on next visit. Double check their work if you can. 4th issue I've had with this Dealership 🚧🚧 Lancaster Toyota. 7/16 rechecked the coolant level, had to add my own coolant.. See photo.
