My purchasing experience with Diamond Mazda went exceptionally well. We initially went to the lot for the purpose of determining if the model I was interested in would actually suit my needs for space comfort and drivability. As we began looking for the specific model we were pleasantly greeted by Aman. He asked pertinent questions and determined what we were there to accomplish. He immediately directed us to the right vehicle. Aman was very knowledgeable about the car’s features and options, skillfully demonstrating them to me. I had not intended to buy that day but the one I drove was the color I wanted with all the options I was planning to try and find. After the test drive I decided I wanted to buy this car. Aman got the process started and introduced me to the lot manager Mike . Mike put the numbers together showing me the various choices for my trade in and financing. He was patient and made changes several times to help me determine what the best option for me would be. I was then introduced to Sam in the financial division. Sam guided me through that process explaining each step to me thoroughly, even finding different ways to do so until he was certain that I fully understood each item and step. The level of professionalism and friendliness that I experienced from these three made every step in the process pleasant with no high pressure tactics or games. Thank you, Aman, Mike and Sam.

He made the entire process seamless and ensured my issue was resolved quickly so I could get back on the road with confidence.
