Hands down, the best CDJR dealership so far. I love the smell of a new car and new technologies so I always lease the vehicle. That means, every 3 years, the downside is that I have to deal with a salesman at a car dealership. I was shopping for a RAM 1500 pickup truck. RAM had great incentives for July, so I visited 4 different CDJR dealerships in my area trying to land the best deal. Long story short, either the dealership did not have the trim and options I wanted, or they were straight-up crooks, playing smoke and mirrors to make me buy a truck at a higher price than their competitors. RAM website lets you search for a vehicle in the entire state or even nationwide. I live in Orange County, and I found a truck I want at HUNTER RAM in Lancaster. This dealership is 100 miles away from my house, which is a two-hour drive or longer depending on traffic. I contacted them via the website and started the negotiation. Now, most dealers will not give you their best deals over the phone, text, or email. They always say, "Come to the dealership and let's talk." But HUNTER was different. They respected my wishes. I filled out a credit application online and negotiated the best terms over the phone, text, or email. Finally, I decided to head over there, though I still feared they might try to sell me add-ons in the end. Not here, I was out in 30 minutes, signing only the required paperwork. Even their finance manager valued my time. Although he offered additional protections, which is his job, I declined, and he did not keep pushing them on me like some other dealerships. I was shopping for a car for a few months. I needed a good commuter car and one I could use to drive two kids around. I came here and had the best experience from a dealership. I had driven all the way to Cerritos Auto Square, Mission Hills and ended up here. Sales guy George helped me find the perfect car and was patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He answered all the questions we had about financing and answered any concerns we had truthfully. The sales contract was quick and we were out in about 2 hours. The shopping experience was great. All the associates seemed very helpful, professional and nice. I would totally recommend this dealership to friends and family looking to purchase a used or new car.
