Absolutely love the customer service here. My salesman Andrew and my sales manager Brian worked hard to get me financed and into a vehicle. The treated me well even though I had damaged credit. They asked what happened so they could understand the situation and worked with me. I'm truly appreciative of all they did. I will be a forever customer.

Like any major purchase, buying a vehicle can be stressful, especially when unexpected issues arise. I recently met with the General Manager to discuss my concerns, and I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism, respect, and attention he gave to my situation. From the moment we sat down, he listened carefully, reviewed the details thoroughly, and made it clear that customer satisfaction was important to him. He didn’t rush the conversation or make excuses. Instead, he took ownership of the situation, presented several reasonable options, and followed through on everything he said he would do. What stood out most was his willingness to work toward a fair solution and his commitment to standing behind his word. In today’s world, that level of customer service can be difficult to find. No dealership is perfect, and every customer experience is unique. However, I believe a company’s true character is measured by how it responds when concerns are brought forward. Based on my experience, Hunter Dodge demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a genuine desire to take care of its customers. I would like to personally thank the General Manager and the Hunter Dodge team for their time, communication, and commitment to making things right. I went here to get my van serviced. There was also a recall on my van model that I needed to check on. They were very quick and professional checking me in and getting the recall/software update taken care of. The lounge area was spacious and relaxing. I was able to make a free coffee and sit while waiting for my vehicle. It was not too long at all, and very easy check out.

HORRENDOUS, worst decision ever was me trusting this place with a Vehicle purchase I wish I would've checked the reviews first. First of all I hate a "sales man" with no integrity for their work, only in it for the sale type of people. And that is exactly what Ram of the west/ Hunter Dodge is. We unfortunately got stuck with the sales person named (Christian Woodson) and this guy is a lie from head to toe, does not follow through with anything promised during making his sale even after it was added on "Due bill" this guy took no accountability to respond at all when it came down to them fixing those inconveniences that were added at signing. Just went Ghost. I've had to escalate the situation to management in order for me to get an answer from SOMEONE and Even then everyone seemed to not be on the same page, just very irresponsible and very unorganized. Then the icing on the cake was when my vehicle was taken for the service that was said to be, they did a very unprofessional job at it and the problem looked worse than before. This place will have you pulling your hair out. Not worth it.
