Purchased a wonderful 2018 Ram 1500 from Farouk at Prime Autos in Lafayette, Ca. I absolutely love, love, love my truck and am very pleased with the price paid! Farouk was thorough and such a pleasant man to work with on this purchase. Thank you Farouk
My experience at Prime Autos was fantastic. I love my car. The interaction was professional yet personal. Paperwork was a breeze. I would absolutely recommend Prime Autos. 5*’s
Prime Autos is (was?) Lafayette’s best kept secret for DMV items. I was able to update the title of my car and keep my custom plates. All on a Sunday afternoon. Thank you for your service, Farouk!
I had a very positive and smooth transaction with Prime Autos. Farouk was a great and kind salesperson. He was well-versed in his trade and answered questions as honestly as he could. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about vehicles. He worked with us when the price was a little out of budget and made the experience stress-free. His follow through is amazing. I love our new ride and its so reliable. Definitely coming back here again and referring family & friends who might be in the market for a vehicle. Thank you and more power to your business!
We bought a Subaru Outback from Farouk. They were very responsive to FB messages. The price was very reasonable. There was absolutely no sales pressure. We had an unfortunate incident where someone keyed our car on the driveway immediately after we drove the car home. Upon just sharing it with him, Farouk immediately offered to order touch paint and shipped it home to us. While not necessary, this was a nice gesture. We would definitely consider Prime autos again and recommend them to others.
