Nik was very helpful to me and my mom! We got a 2018 Honda Civic EX for a great deal, and when we tried to tip him, he asked us to help someone in need instead. Concord Auto 1 is one of those special dealerships you find where the cars are well sourced, the people are friendly and trustworthy, and Nic the owner goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy and that the car has no issues. He rarely does this, but he helped me purchase a 2018 RAV4 for my mom and ship it to NY where she lives. I would highly recommend Concord Auto 1 and we will only use them moving forward to purchase a used vehicle.
I had a great experience with the customer service at Concord Auto 1. Nick helped me purchase my 2018 Toyota Prius Hybrid and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He’s extremely knowledgeable and guided me through every step of the purchase. Even though I was pretty quiet and anxious during the paperwork process, he was incredibly patient and understanding. He picked up on my nerves and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. On top of that, his sense of humor really helped lighten the experience and made everything much easier. Towards the end of the purchase, he took the time to walk me through the ins and outs of the Prius and explained what comes with owning a hybrid vehicle. This was my very first purchase of this kind, and I truly appreciated his patience and help. I Highly recommend asking for Nick if you’re looking to buy a car!
