My experience with Mazzei was very positive. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a young man named Zach who was very professional, polite and helpful. He was a little new to the team but was able to get help from a senior sales associate (Tim) who was also very helpful, friendly and took the time to explain the process. They, a long with a sales manager worked diligently to get me a satisfactory car payment at the end! The Finance dept was also very detailed in explaining everything and was not pushy at all when asking if we wanted to purchase other warranty packages. I give this a 5 because there wasn’t one negative thing about my experience!

Our salesperson Michael made our experience wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, personable, and just an all around a good guy. We were both very pleased that he was the sales agent who approached us right when we got to the dealership. We never felt pressured or overwhelmed. He stayed many hours after closing to make sure that we understood the vehicles features. Steve the sales manager was also very easy to work with. These two made the purchasing experience seamless.

Some people LOVE to “car shop”, and it’s like a trip to DISNEYLAND for them. Walk the lots, see the sights, test-drive the newest rides and find their next “toy” they will enjoy driving until the next thrill. This was NOT the case for me. I’m a Grandma. And our daughter, who single-handedly provides, relies on me to look after her girls when she is working her 60+hr workweek with a mortgage and kids. Childcare is expensive, I volunteer for duty. My Honda Fit was parked in front of my home, and was totaled by a hit-run driver during the night. My reliable car was gone. I was numb. Sad. And SCARED. Very stressful situation. Not to mention it had been 24 YEARS since I had to visit a dealership and buy a car. I was not just deer in the headlights. I was Bambi in a forest fire. Yes, my insurance people took care of me. And I am blessed with the company of an old man who reassured me that things will be ok, and knows his way around cars. I didn’t have to shop alone. But Grandma needed affordable wheels, within my fixed income. And the idea of having to replace my car made my stomach churn. I shopped online, heard replies from salespeople. It felt intense to me personally. Then MAZZEI CHEVROLET stood out from the pack. Their inventory is vast, and they had used cars in my price range that appeared reliable. I made inquiries online, was promptly replied to. But what changed the game for me, and that I am GREATLY appreciated of is that MAZZEI didn’t pressure me. Even while I had to wait for my insurance to send a settlement to use as a down payment. The message was clearly reassurance that when I was ready, MAZZEI would be there to assist. My stress turned into optimism with this quality of communication. A week later, meeting them in person, the faces to the names were as welcoming as their emails. They understood the assignment. They let me go at my own pace, showed me THE EXACT vehicles I was interested in and could afford. They had multiple sales people, ALL BUSY.! Attending customers or on the phone. Our salesperson was a very personable, knowledgeable, hardworking, sharp young man. It was easy to see Michael loved his job as he multi-tasked and finished helping other customers. As we sat and observed our surroundings, it was apparent that the level of courtesy and communication skills these hardworking people demonstrated was impressive. The focus was giving the visitor /customer a good experience. Whether they made a purchase or not. The financial department was the same. I walked in pre-qualified for my loan but MAZZEI offered to look into finding me a better situation. Within an hour I was offered a better interest rate, and could afford more (3 years/36,000 miles) with an added warranty for about the same I would pay otherwise every month. MAZZEI came through. Very good experience at the dealership. Salesperson Jasmin was so nice. The finance person was quite pleasant. Car was detailed amazing. Pricing made it worth it to travel over 100 miles to get it.
