I was looking for a good commute car and im SO happy my search for the best priced vehicle led me to Dupratt Ford in Vacaville. Debby assisted me and she was very knowledgeable and transparent. There was also someone there named Matt that helped with my paperwork. He made the process so fast and easy. Its a small dealership and everything felt very honest and "home" like. I felt NO pressure to buy anything out of my budget or anything that I didn't want/need. I would 1000% recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to check out this dealership.

Julian and Eric were friendly and efficient dealing with my trade for a bigger truck. Additional staff were helpful as well. Unknowingly, I was driving on highway with Kevin. I thought he was following me, but he was just driving to work. His clean truck pulling into the dealership started my positivity for the buying process. I dread dealing with salespeople, yet the staff at Dupratt never raised my hackles. I recommend, they are good people.

I want to give an update, my wonderful commute car didn't even last me 3 months im so disappointed. An expensive lesson has been learned. The car had mold from being cleaned improperly by them and they fixed that promptly but it seems like they aren't as experienced in cars as I thought because I would not want to have any vehicles on my lot that would tarnish my reputation. Lesson learned and I will NOT recommend them for a used or new car.
