I purchased a very nice truck from Jerri and Richard. They have all the amenities you can ask for. As I was waiting for my contract , I was asked several times by several people if I needed anything. It's a very pleasant atmosphere there. And everyone seems to like working there. I'm going back to McLarty for my service.

The overall experience was very pleasant! Everybody was friendly and Paul was great! I definitely would recommend

Spent 500.00 on a oil change and a sensor for the windows. Didn't even get my car cleaned. It's all about the money with them. Customer care is on the bottom of the list. What a disappointment.

I purchased my first vehicle here in October 2024, and the experience was incredibly deceptive. After being told the car had no warranty and waiting hours for financing, the finance manager claimed he had good news by saying the car suddenly came with a warranty. He failed to mention that this was actually a third-party policy I was being charged for. He flat-out lied to my face and tucked the extra costs into the mountain of paperwork. When I caught the scam and tried to cancel, the runaround began. I was told for weeks that the staff could not fill out a simple form, and the original guy conveniently went on vacation. It took multiple physical trips to the dealership before anyone would help me. And what do you know, any random person COULD have filled it out. I made sure to get copies of that cancellation form before sending it all in to the warranty company myself, because you cannot trust this dealership to so much as watch paint dry. I will never step foot in this establishment or any McLarty-owned business again.
