Very friendly staff and honestly an enjoyable experience. Upon entering, we were welcomed and they asked if we'd like a refreshment. Pretty standard approval process. I'm huge on transparency and my vehicle was valued at scrap price due to its age and miles. Understandable business practice but would have appreciated a bit more transparency before traveling over an hour. Couldn't make a deal that day, but, will sure be back in the future!

Seen a vehicle listed on fbook marketplace as a 2012 Toyota RAV4 with 69k miles. It was listed by a guy named Robert. I messaged him multiple times to no avail. I finally called the dealership that he was representing (car world). The lady was very pleasant, but informed me that the vehicle was in fact only a 2007 and not a 2012 (false advertising)as Robert had been advertising on their behalf. So I asked her what the cash price was.... she informed me that their vehicles were not for purchase with cash (illigal) she then said if they were to sell it for cash it would be 16k!!!!! She said "I know thats high, but we sell these vehicles through financing through us. Yikes! 16k for a 2007 is nuts! They are basically preying on less fortunate people that dont have 16k to drive a nice vehicle, so they mark the vehicle up 8k dollars and sell it on a payment with $3800 down! Holy highway robbery. As a top 10% Google reviewer, I'm saying RUN!
