I went here and drove on the parking lot and was just browsing the different selections. A guy name Sante came outside and immediately gave me a card. I told him which vehicle caught my attention. He gave me the price and from there it was nothing but professionalism. I went back in after work and he made the buying process extremely easy. I haven’t had a car note in almost two years so I wasn’t trying to get an expensive note. Listen this guy worked magic. Today I drive off in vehicle that had less than 80k miles and a clean car fax with only one owner. If you’re in the market and looking for a good vehicle go see my guy Sante. Forgot to mention my dashed tax was paid.

If I could give this place a zero start I would. I went in on Friday may 1st 2026 to get into a car that would fit all my kids. They said the car was in good condition nothing wrong with it. When I left the dealership my car started to shake the whole time driving an hour away back home. The ac blows when you have it on 5 but when you try max it shuts off there is glass inside of the passenger back seat door. I didn’t drive it all weekend because I was scared it was gonna break down. Then I called them they told me to bring it in for them to look at it. Well today now it’s raining and my roof is leaking and the carpet is soaking wet I called them for my money back or half of it and they told me no. I told them I don’t want a car that is gonna have mold in it. I do not recommend this place they will act like they will help or work with you until you sign the papers and you’re stuck with what you have. They won’t even put me into a different car and now they want me to bring the car up there to fix it without another car to get around with. Don’t waste your time or money on this joke of a place. They don’t care about helping you they care about money

I would strongly advise anyone to be extremely cautious before doing business with JMC Leasing / Lease to Own Affordable Cars in Sherwood, AR. I purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer on March 4, 2024 and put approximately $3,000 down. Within just 2 days of purchase, the vehicle required a full engine replacement using a salvage motor. From that point forward, I experienced continuous mechanical issues, and the vehicle has been in the shop at least nine different times since I purchased it. I was directed to use specific mechanics associated with or recommended by the dealership, and repair costs were repeatedly rolled into my loan. Over time, this created a cycle of ongoing repairs and additional financial burden. The original repair shop later went out of business, and I was unable to obtain records for much of the work performed. Most recently, I paid around $1,260 for radiator repairs through another mechanic operating on-site. When I got the vehicle back, the air conditioning no longer worked. An independent mechanic confirmed the condenser had been damaged during the repair. The mechanic who performed the work has not responded, and the dealership has refused to take any responsibility, stating the mechanic is a separate entity—even though they operate from the same location. Despite all of these issues, I made every payment on time and never missed a single payment. Due to the ongoing problems and lack of accountability, I ultimately had no choice but to voluntarily surrender the vehicle. I am now being threatened with wage garnishment. In my experience, this business sells unreliable vehicles, directs customers to affiliated repair providers, and does not stand behind the product or repairs when issues arise. I would not recommend doing business with them.
