I drove 1.5 hrs to buy my truck from Jeremy. This is a first class dealership with great follow up. I saved a lot of money on my truck. I had a problem after the sale and he offered to fix it for free. He even called me after the sale to check on the truck. Dont believe the bad reviews here.

Would give it more based solely on the customer service. They are always so friendly I just wish they’d answer the phone. And train everyone to do they jobs without the help of Jermey. But i also believe this place is fairly new so I’m sure they are working on it. I purchased a car for about 3,500 no added fees and honestly it’s not that bad of a used car for how high the miles were ! I mean you should expect to have to fix up whatever car you purchase because it’s a used car with no warranty and let’s be honest with ourselves for how cheap the cars are can you really expect a brand new car ?

My daughter purchased a car 4 months ago and they have not provided us with the title. They keep giving us excuse after excuse. On The Hill CarBrokers and Market Motors have the same address and are associated. I have filed a complaint with the AR Motor Vehicle Commission, the AR State Police, and the AR Attorney General.

I bought a car from JT and it was a horrible experience. He told me it ran but didn't have keys at the time. So I had him give me a 10 day warranty to make sure it ran after I had keys made. It didn't run, he then avoided me for the next 10+ days, was not willing to fix the car. Did not give me the correct paperwork to get the car registered and I still haven't received the title. He will not answer my calls and is never at the actual dealership when I try to show up. Do NOT buy a car from this place unless you expect to get ripped off and get not customer service or help even with getting the basic paperwork you should receive by law. Now I am going to have to get a lawyer and report him to the state.

Won't send me my title to a car I bought over a month ago so can't register it. I live to far away to be driving back and forth up there after work to try and track them down. Numbers are disconnected that are listed. When you do track them down via phone they won't give you and solid answers. Car had 100k miles over the advertised amount. Very unprofessional. I don't suggest buying here. Told them to mail title... Still haven't received it. So, I guess that's a no as well.
