I just purchased A 2024 Nissan Kicks. I love this car!!! The salesperson " Auduy" was really great to work with. I never felt pressured. He spent a lot of time with me even picking me up at home to see the cars he had available (my car had died months ago). He went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. I felt he was honest throughout the process. He was just great!!! I would see him again if I ever needed another car. Thank you Auduy
Salesman Audry was a rockstar!! He was very friendly, patient, honest, and more than willing to go the extra mile to help me find the most suitable vehicle for me. I was very hesitant and unsure about approaching dealerships, but Audry immediately took me under his wing, and I’m beyond happy with my final choice. Thank you Audry, you restore my faith in car salesmen!
I've had such a horrible experience with other car lots but let me tell you Nissan is where I will come forever and so will my family thank you Bruce Sanders for all you did to help me get in my dream jeep !!
We bought a car in October 2024. By the time we got home, the transmission was slipping and the car was lunging so bad we were worried it would cause a wreck. Luckily we had bought the top of the line extended warranty with it for $4000. We contacted Orr and brought the car back in. We went back and forth and long story short, we finally got our car 5 months later with a new transmission charged to the warranty company. We just kept being told how much integrity the company had and that we would be taken care of. At one point during the 5 months of not having the car, we asked if we could just pick another car, a more expensive one, and pay the difference. Luke said sure and when we went to work the deal, they were going to tack the negative equity on top of the loan. The negative equity that had accrued when we drove it off the lot. Great deal for them, us, not so much so we just kept the car. Here we are, 9 months later and the transmission light keeps coming on. We have called and left messages for Luke and Heather, and neither will return a single phone call. We were hoping that Orr would provide a loaner considering the history, but we can’t even talk to anyone to discuss it. Don’t feeling the integrity that we heard so much about when they were selling us the car. Single worst car buying experience ever, and I have bought MANY! Will Never visit this place for a purchase again and hope others will shop elsewhere. It’s not hard to do the right thing.
My family has bought no less than 4 vehicles from this dealer from a sales rep who no longer works there (might be important). Today my mom brought her car in for some routine maintenance, this vehicle has never had any problems. It started right up and was driven to the dealership. After being dropped off we noticed the invoice for work quoted 300 dollars for a battery, when inquiring about this the dealership stated the vehicle wouldn’t start and the battery was bad (this vehicle has ALWAYS started) after telling them not to do the battery and to remove the charge, the vehicle was taken up to the auto parts store (it started right up to pick up the vehicle from the dealership) and the battery was tested. The battery was completely fine. This dealership tried to scam my family out of an additional 300 dollars for service that WAS NOT needed. We no longer be spending any money at this dealership as it’s clear they do not do business in good faith (I wonder why our favorite sales rep left) do not bring your vehicle here for service and do not buy and vehicles here as they will do their best to gouge any money they can out of you.
